Policy on Returns and Exchanges

1Contact the Seller and confirm their return policy. Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.

2Fill in the return request form received from your vendor by email. Or, download a copy from TeamXing.

3Attach a copy of the proof of payment, specify the method of refund (a postal order or a transfer to the bank account). *Important Note: A 10% fee is associated with all returns as this amount has been donated to your local club or team.

4Send the parcel to the address provided by the TeamXing Seller. Once the package is received by the vendor and the condition of the item confirmed to be in sellable condition, a refund will be issued from TeamXing to the Seller.

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

TeamXing is a marketplace and not a Seller, Customers are purchasing from multiple stores that may or may not be local to their region. TeamXing recommends that you consider using Sellers that are in close proximity to your club or team. These will be known retail stores and have a high level of customer service. Their return policies will guide you during the process. Customer's always have the option of visiting these stores in person to discuss refunds and exchanges. Unless otherwise specified, the items can be returned if their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved. All sales for Used Equipment or Free Equipment are final.

To return the items, Customers must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.

Rules on returning and exchanging Items with discovered defects:

Customers are entitled to notify the Seller of any discovered defects and demand to rectify them within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the moment of the receiving the Items from the Seller or the Seller's representatives. The only exception are defects caused by improper handling of the Items by the Customer.

Customers have the right to refuse to take Items and ask for a money refund. In this case the Items must be returned to the Seller, and their consumer properties, factory labels, and ready-for-sale condition are preserved.

To return the Items, you must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form.

Our return and refund policy is described above. According to our Marketplace Policy, stores are required to provide Customers with their refund policy upon each purchase. If a store does not post any return policy, we requires the store to accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
